Fees and Insurance for Needle Aponeurotomy
Our Center is a contracted provider for select plans offered by Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare and Medicare only. We also provide services on a cash basis.

Prior to your procedure, we verify insurance benefits to the best of our ability. Please know that most private insurance carriers, including Medicare, will not pre-authorize or guarantee payment for Needle Aponeurotomy.
Our standard billing procedure is to submit your claims with medical documentation supporting medical necessity. Only then do most carriers review and determine if they will pay for Needle Aponeurotomy.
We encourage you to contact your insurance plan to confirm if your procedure will be covered. We also encourage you to contact our Center (562) 424-9000 to discuss procedure costs in the event that your insurance plan does not pay.
